Organic blend: Milky Oats, Peppermint, Licorice Root, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel
1.85 oz loose leaf tea blend
Place 1 tsp of tea blend into an infuser, and place in cup. Pour boiling water (212 degrees F) over tea. Steep 3-5 minutes. Adjust amount and time to taste. Add sweetener if desired.
