Tulsi (Sweet Basil or Holy Basil) is sacred plant in India and is used to support the immune system. In this blend it is paired with Rose buds, Lemon Balm and Rosehips which are rich in polyphenols and antioxidants.
This tea is uplifting and calming. It is often used to relax. It has lemony and floral notes.

1.5 oz organic loose leaf tea
Put 1 teaspoon of tea in infuser, and place in cup. Pour 8 oz boiling water (212 degrees F) over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes. Adjust amount and steep time to taste. Add sweetener if desired.
