Organic Skullcap Tincture

Skullcap is a comforting herb, traditionally used to calm nerves and release tension. It can be used to promote emotional well-being and relaxation during times of occasional distress. May work to restore integrity to the nervous system.*

Recommended usage:  20 drops (1 ml) mixed in coffee, tea, or other beverage.  Can also place under tongue for faster absorption.
