Soothes irritated tissues.  A double demulcent, use with at least 8 oz of water.

1.4 oz organic loose leaf tea

Put 1 teaspoon tea in infuser and put in cup.  Pour 8 oz boiling water (212 degrees F) over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.  Adjust amount and steep time to taste.  Add sweetener if desired.
