A high quality black tea that when dried, the tips resemble monkey paws.
1.85 oz organic black tea
Put 1 teaspoon of tea in an infuser and place in cup. Bring water to a boil (212 degrees) and pour over tea. Let steep for 3-5 minutes. Adjust amount and steep time to taste. Add sweetener if desired.
