I’m an East Coast girl, born and raised in Pennsylvania.  However, I always knew that I’d make my way west.  My journey led me to become a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Massage Therapist.    After working in an urban environment for years, I ended up in the Southwest working for the Indian Health Service in the Navajo Nation. I came to love and respect the Navajo people.  I admired their resiliency, their character, and their sense of humor.  Living on the reservation, and entrenched in the culture, I witnessed up close the deep spiritual connection and the simplicity of living. It was a breath of fresh air!  The Navajo use herbs to promote balance and improve health.  Herbs are not only sustainably harvested, they are collected with with respect and prayer. This rekindled my desire to learn more.  It was only a matter of time before I started to make my own organic, skin-loving products.  Some of these products are available on this website.
